Ever since I've been home from Journalfest, I don't know what it is but I am a woman possessed! I am doing things. I feel motivated. I'm doing things around the house. I'm organizing. I joined Weight Watchers and am eating healthy again. I started a walking program. I stayed out of my studio for a few days but when I was ready to get in there, the first thing I did was work in my little passport souvenir journal from Journalfest. And I finished it. Crazy. I don't know what or where this energy is coming from. I bet if I journaled about it, I could work through it.
As for the Journalfest souvenir journal, I have a few pics to share with you. In our welcome packs for Journalfest, Teesha and Tracy gave us a mini-journaling kit which included a 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 blank notebook which is the size of a passport. I actually started a journal for the event prior to going but when I saw the little passport-sized blank journal, it took me all of two minutes to decide to bag that one and completely restart. I saw Teesha's passport journal (inspired by Orly Avineri) when I took some classes with her last August and knew the potential!
Here's the pics...
Some side views...I've realized that these views are what inspire me to journal the way I do. All chunky, mismatchy, colorful...love it!

And some of my favorite pages...
Fun stuff! While I was at Journalfest, I made the decision to register for PLAY 2012. Oh man...I can't wait! I went last year and it was the best!
Take care and see you soon!
