Well I can't complain about my weekend so far. And even though I had to work on Friday, I still feel like that's when my weekend officially started!
Lunch time on Friday was a meeting of "Flick Club," (sort of like "Fight Club" but without all the punching) which is a small group of my co-workers that get together monthly to talk movies. Such fun and such great people.
Also on Friday, I saw that Amy Hanna, Anahata Katkin and Pamela Garrison are reuniting, fresh from their ArtNest gig, in Ashland to teach their same amazing classes!
The event is called ART IN ASHLAND and I'm SO goin'!!!

Oh doesn't this just look fabulous??? You may recall I attended Anahata's retreat last summer and let me just tell you, IT WAS AMAZING!!! There's still room for the Art in Ashland so I hope you can make it! This event itself is pretty over the moon happy inducing but ...sigh... I'm also going to get to hang out with some amazing and fabulous friends, Cassondra, Hope, and Kari. Just incredible! I was practically walking on air all day Friday!
So after all this, you wouldn't think that my Friday could possibly get any better. Well, my lovelies, it did! Friday evening Glen and I went to the Spring Beer and Wine Fest. What a FUN FUN time...especially singing karoake in the Party Cruizer!!!
On Saturday, my goal was to get some housework done but alas, my girlie called and wanted to know if I wanted to go hang out and do something. So guess how much housework I got done? If you guessed "not one bit," you'd be right! :-) Then last night we went here for dinner with some friends to celebrate a birthday. More fun.
Which brings me today. We're (finally) painting our guest room! Yay!!! We've been very close to being ready to get this done but with the anticipation of this friend, we're finally gonna do it!!!
Before I go I want to wish you all a very HAPPY EASTER!!! It's just pouring here...and if I recall, it rained on Easter last year too! I sure hope folks with little kids have a Plan B for egg hunting!
Wishing you lots of love and chocolate today and everyday!
Happy Easter!!
oxoxox,

Sweet times! Hope your Easter was productive in the wall painting dept.! We had an exciting Friday too---ck out my blog! Then our weekend was a lot of hanging w/my youngest girlie, egg dying with both girlies, & discovering how fun Mancala is today! Hope to post pics soon, but think the old waterbed is calling....Yawn!

Oh how I would love to attend Art in Ashland...Pam's journal class is to die for! Sigh...after the expense of ArtFest, it will be a while before I can afford to leave home again!
Kecia's staying at your house?! You lucky girl!

Hi Michelle,
I'm so excited about Art in Ashland but now I'm looking forward to seeing so many other Bella friends I can't wait to visit with. It's funny that Pam and Amy live in my area and we will all be traveling to Ashland for a fun filled event I've been hoping for. It will be a long drive but I will have my truck to explore. My camera will be with me for some photo shoots of Ashland too.
Hope to hear from you.
